We provided the sound and lighting system to ensure their event was a success as Parkroyal Hotel Penang Resort celebrated their recent transformation with their guests of honor.

Parkroyal Penang Resort is an upscale resort located on Batu Ferringi beach Penang. Parkroyal is the deluxe signature brand of the Pan Pacific Hotels Group which was voted "Best Regional Hotel Chain" by readers in Asia in 2017.
The Pan Pacific Hotels Group is based in Singapore where they own or manage more than 40 hotels, resorts and serviced suites including those under development in 24 cities across Asia, Oceania, North America and Europe.
Spotlight Events is proud to be the event company in Penang that planned, organized and managed Parkroyal Hotel's Transformation celebration.
Our event planner Penang team ensured that the entire flow of program ran smoothly from the setting up of the stage, sound and lighting equipment to the stage backdrop and musical instruments.
Spotlight Events is also an event decoration company in Penang. We used our event decoration Penang service to create the setting based on the hotel theme and to also ensure that it fits in smoothly with the local culture, theme color and objective of the celebration.
As the hotel wanted a professional event services Penang team to run everything from start to finish, we assured them that they have nothing to worry about as our team are experienced in event management.
Since there would be a number of distinguished guests coming like the Penang Chief Minister, our banquet planner Penang team collaborated with the hotel to plan the entire seating arrangement along with the type of food and drinks that were served in a timely manner.
The event was held both indoors and outdoors so we had to make sure that all the guests were comfortable and able to mingle around as well.
Our event organizer Penang team made sure that invited guests were able to go through the registration process quickly and smoothly. We also made sure there was in-house entertainment to create a relaxing setting for guests when they arrive.
A team of Chinese drummers with their Chinese drums were also positioned at the entrance of the hotel to welcome the guests of honor when they arrive.
All in all, the Parkroyal Hotel Transformation Celebration was a huge success as everyone had a wonderful time.
