1) What areas do you cover?
Gerogetown, Penang. All of Penang Island and Seberang Perai. Also available for Kedah, Perak, KL and other states - transport fees apply for outstation bookings.
2) How far in advance should I book?
At least 3-4 weeks. For hotel and corporate events, 6-8 weeks is ideal to allow time for template design and confirmation. Peak season (Oct-Feb) books out fast.
3) Is the photo booth operated by your team or self-service?
All booths are operated by our tarined specialists - minimum 2 crew per deployment. We manage setup, operations and teardown. There is no self-service component.
4) Can I customise the print template with our company logo?
Yes. Every package includes a custom-designed print template. We request your logo, event name and brand colours at least 5 working days before the event. Multiple revisions included.
5) What's the difference between Magbooth and the standard booths?
Magbooth prints in a magazine-sized format (4x8 or 6x10 inches) - significantly larger than a standard 4R or strip print. Magbooth Large runs your entire event with no hourly time cap.
6) What happens if there's a technical issue during the event?
Our crew carries backup equipment for every deployment - spare cameras, flash units and print media. We've never left an event without printing.
7) Do you offer packages combining photo booth and AV?
Yes, Photo booth can be added to any AV production package. Bundled bookings receive preferred pricing - enquire for details.
8) Can the 360SpinCam video be shared immediately at the event?
Yes. On-sire download station where guests scan a QR code and receive their video instantly. All videos are stored in a post-event cloud gallery shared with the client.
